The Early Career Researcher (ECR) Symposium is held Thursday, October 1st 2026, in conjunction with CHEMECA 2026.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes circumstances might change and delegates could require a cancellation and request a refund. The following cancellation policy applies to the MSA Annual Meeting and Conference:
If written (email) cancellation notification is received:
more than 30 days before the start of the symposium (Thursday, 1st October): 90% refund of fees (10% withheld for administrative costs)
less than 30 days and more than 15 days before the start of the symposium: 50% refund of fees
less than 15 days before the start of the symposium: no refund
No-show: no refund
Special circumstances (compassionate reasons): evaluated on a case-by-case basis
