The Early Career Researcher (ECR) Symposium is held Monday, December 8th 2025, in conjunction with IMSTEC 2025. Participants of IMSTEC 2025 can purchase a ticket for the ECR Symposium at a special rate of $30 (early bird) and $60 (standard) for non-MSA members. The ticket for MSA members is $5 (early bird) and $10 (standard).
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes circumstances might change and delegates could require a cancellation and request a refund. The following cancellation policy applies to the MSA Annual Meeting and Conference:
If written (email) cancellation notification is received:
more than 30 days before the start of the conference (Monday, 8th December): 90% refund of fees (10% withheld for administrative costs)
less than 30 days and more than 15 days before the start of the conference: 50% refund of fees
less than 15 days before the start of the conference: no refund
No-show: no refund
Special circumstances (compassionate reasons): evaluated on a case-by-case basis
