ECR Symposium 2024

The Early Career Researcher (ECR) Symposium is held Monday, December 9th at 9 am, in conjunction with the MSA Annual Meeting and Conference. Participants of the MSA Annual Meeting and Conference can purchase a ticket for the ECR Symposium at a special rate of $30 for non-MSA members. The ticket for MSA members is $5.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes circumstances might change and delegates could require a cancellation and request a refund. The following cancellation policy applies to the MSA Annual Meeting and Conference:

If written (email) cancellation notification is received:

• more than 30 days before the start of the conference (Monday, 9th December): 90% refund of fees (10% withheld for administrative costs)

• less than 30 days and more than 15 days before the start of the conference: 50% refund of fees

• less than 15 days before the start of the conference: no refund

• No-show: no refund

• Special circumstances (compassionate reasons): evaluated on a case-by-case basis
