Registration fee includes dinner for all attendees, with the exception of those who purchase single-day registrations.
Attendance at the Early Career Researcher (ECR) Symposium, scheduled for Monday, December 9th at 9 am, is complimentary with the purchase of an MSA Annual Meeting and Conference ticket. Please note that this offer does not apply to those who purchase single-day tickets.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes circumstances might change and delegates could require a cancellation and request a refund. The following cancellation policy applies to the MSA Annual Meeting and Conference:
If written (email) cancellation notification is received:
more than 30 days before the start of the conference (Monday, 9th December): 90% refund of fees (10% withheld for administrative costs)
less than 30 days and more than 15 days before the start of the conference: 50% refund of fees
less than 15 days before the start of the conference: no refund
No-show: no refund
Special circumstances (compassionate reasons): evaluated on a case-by-case basis
